- The government intends to procure pre-cast concrete, (trench drain, manhole, inlet). The proposed requirement will be awarded under a Firm Fixed Price contract. Delivery is FOB destination to Philadelphia, PA 19112-5087. Complete RFQ (N00189-04-T-0366) package available upon request in writing, by email (Carolyn.Johnson@navy.mil), or by fax (757-443-1376). When requesting a copy of RFQ (N00189-04-T-0366), contract must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures. Numbered Note, Number 1 applies. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns
