Description

The Government intends to procure under, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or service will satisfy agency requirements, the following items: Honeywell Fire Alarm Panel (XLS 1000 Fire Alarm System & XLS 200 Life Safety System) manufactured by Honeywell, Inc. a) Panel and components are UL listed Wide Area Network Fire Alarm System; b) Panel supports the connection changes from copper to fiber and from fiber to copper; c) Panel and components are compatible with BACnet Client software protocol; d) Capable to communicate between panels, annunciators and existing Honeywell system on base; and e) Panel has the option of using fiber optic cables and communicating in multi-priority peer-to-peer token-ring network. A-E firms meeting the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit complete information and specifications. The submittal/delivery address is Commander, Code ACQ0262A-E, Attn: Mailroom (CMP0161), PACNAVFACENGCOM, 258 Makalapa Drive, Suite 100, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-3134. This address is for all deliveries, including US Mail, courier service and/or personal delivery services; no other address is acceptable. The delivery address is inside a military installation, therefore, strict security measures are in force; anticipate delays. Firms responding to this announcement by Thursday, May 20, 2004 will be considered. Firms must submit by 2:00 p.m. HST.
