Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE-SOURCE-- Phase I; PROTECTOR, Cable aluminum alloy IAW Dwg 9345341 H , dated 8 April 2002; Spec DTL 9345340 dated 21 Aug 1996; Material to be Aluminum 1100 with H12 Temper (Additional description on the Engineering Re lease ): Source, Phase I: Lewis Engineering of Marshall, TX; Phase II:Services - Decrease rebake and coat cable protectors with DUPONT 954-103. The preceding is not all inclusive; Source, Phase II: The Donwell Co., Inc. Manchester, CT. Quantity: Phase I , 60,000. Quantity: Phase II, 60,000. Samples must be taken from each batch and tested. Samples must meet the minimum hardness for h12 Temper that is 28BHN. END ITEM: Cartridge 60MM Illum M721 and IR XM767. F.O.B. Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. 100% Option is applicable. This is a Notice-of-Intent of the Government's proposed actions, only.
