- The proposed acquisition listed herein is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has a requirement for the HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) to assist HAB in identifying, developing, and disseminating technical assistance tools and transferring HIV/AIDS services technology and research findings about programs and accomplishments of the Ryan White CARE Act. The anticipated period of performance is for twelve (12) months from the effective date of contract award with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541990. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice through FEDBIZOPPS. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after release of the RFP.
