- PR No: LTC04112020439; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bolt Assy, Carriage for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are eight approved sources of supply, Lockheed Martin (Cage 98897), Aero Engineering (Cage 17772), Aero Components (Cage 59213), Aerometals Inc (Cage 32664), Seanair Machine (Cage 63630), SPS Technologies (Cage 56878), CPI Aerostructures (Cage 9U679) and Precision Mfg (Cage 92037). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-860-4403; P/N 4J33827-103A Rev H; AEQ = 150 Base Year, 150 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 270 Base Year and 270 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 127 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 17 May 04. The anticipated award date is 17 Aug 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
