- PR: LTC04113020506. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1650-01-003-9070 for a Piston, Bootstrap, Hydraulic. This is a sole source item to Arkwin Industries Cage 98391. P/N 1711009-207 Revision E. Unrestricted ? Other Than Full and Open Competition. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package for this item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery 150 days ARO. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. QAP 003. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and Provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 40 each for the Base Year and 28 each for all Option Years. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
