NA NSN: 1010-01-376-3342, Part Number: 12012005, The item to procure is a Barrel, Grenade Launcher, 40MM, M203, Assembly of components: P/N 12012006 Barrel, P/N 12012007 Handgrip Assembly; P/N 8448315 Extension: P/N 8448312 Locator: P/N 8448306. Proposed co ntract is 100% small business set-aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with four pricing periods. The minimum guaranteed quantity is 800 each. The maximum quantities per ordering peri od are as follows: 2,700 each, 2,250 each and 2,250 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 800 each. The estimated maximum total quantity for this contract is 8,000 each. The Government may order up to and including the maximum quantity specified herei n but is not obligated to do so. Except for the guaranteed minimum quantity of 800 each, the Government is not obligated to place any additional orders. FOB is Destination. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY04 requirement. Estimated issue dat e is 25 August 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the followin g address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
