Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for Seatuck National Wildlife Refuge Building and Enclosure Demolition in Islip (Suffolk County), New York. The work consists of removal and disposal of one building (the Canary Cottage) and one concrete agricultural enclosure (the Piggery), including all features above ground, all foundation features from grade level to at least two feet below existing grade, providing and installing site backfill, loam, seed, and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,000.. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238910. The SIC code is 1795, and the size standard is $12 million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a May 19, 2004.
