- Description
- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO) intends to award a personal services contract for Anesthesiologist Services in support of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and other Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) serviced by the NARCO. The Government contemplates awarding an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity type contract for a base period beginning approximately 1 August 2004 with four option years. Annual requirements are estimated to be 35,000 hours. Qualifications i nclude: Board Certified in Anesthesiology and posess experience in teaching residents & medical students in both a classromm and OR setting. CContractor must be capable of providing temporary back-fill Anesthesiologists to any MTF within the North Atlant ic Region as needs arise. The procurement will be conducted on the basis of full and open competition, NAICS code 621111. Selection will be based on best-value, with Technical and Past Performance factors combined being more important than price.
