- The U.S. Army Engineer District, Rock Island, has a requirement for a round-nose clamshell bucket. The cost of shipping the item to Pleasant Valley, IA 52767 shall be included in the total price. Offerors must quote all or nothing. No partial quotes will be considered. Buy American Act applies to this procurement. Solicitation W912EK-04-T-0079 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
