This solicitation is to obtain a Repair Support Contract with 100% contractor furnished material for the MA-4 Coupling. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated for One Year, plus four One-year options. Item 0001, NSN: 1680-99-663-6362FL P/N 61520-7, Best Estimated Qty: 4 Ea Basic Year, 1 Ea Option Year 1, 2 Ea Option Year 2, 2 Ea Option Year 3, 2 Ea Option Year 4. Description: MA-4 Coupling. Item 0002, Over and Above, as required. Item 0003, CDRLs, Data in accordance with DD1423. Application: KC-135. Delivery of items: 30 ARO of Funded Order or Reparable Assets, Whichever is later. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
