Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of a certified Advanced Occupational Education Program in Culinary Arts for the Federal Correctional Institution, Two Mile Drive, Otisville, NY 10963. The contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities are 1,560 hours (30 hours per week) for the base period and each option period. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2004 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 17, 2004. Anticipated date of award is July 17, 2004. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
