- Purchase of brand name or equal to (2) Mercury outboard 250 XL Verado motors for Shortracker Patrol Vessel. Salient characteristics are as follows: requires 250-300 horsepower per engine, or 500-600 combined; 4-stroke engine classification; maximum fuel efficiency; low emissions and environmentally friendly. Delivery will be FOB to Bellingham, Washington, specific delivery address will be provided at time of contract award. The Request for Quotation will require a descriptive literature submission that will allow evaluation for acceptability in meeting all the Government's minimum requirements that include the expressed salient characteristics. (See FAR 52-214-21-Descriptive Literature) This is a simplified acquisition estimated not to exceed $40,000.00.
