Description
Solicitation for NSN: 1560-00-164-1186/ PR #YPG04007000409. P/N: 4P22036-101A Rev ?B?. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is: Goodrich Corporation, DBA Rohr, Inc., operating as Goodrich Aerostructures Group (Cage: 51563). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package; (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 14 each with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is two (2) each. Required delivery of First article units is 365 Days after receipt of order (DARO) required delivery schedule of production units is phased delivery of 4 each 350 days after first article approval (DAFAA) and 4 each per week thereafter until complete, FOB: destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Special tooling is required. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
