- Refer to numbered notes 12 and 26. This requirement is for 63 nsns that are ?miscellaneous general purpose equipment?; This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years (base year plus 4 one year option periods). The solicitation number is SP0750-04-R-2627. The solicitation will be issued as 100% small business set-aside and will be FOB destination. Indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations and the delivery schedules will be reflected in the solicitation; drawings are available and some of the nsns are QPL items with associated specifications; Issue date is approximately 17 May 04 and the closing date is approximately 17 Jun 04. Copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
