- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to issue a modification to ICE Contract Number COW-4-C-0111 for rotor wing (R/W) helicopters training by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2) to Flight Safety International, Marine Air Terminal, La Guardia Airport, Flushing, NY 11371. Services under this modification include Army UH-60 simulator training. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed modification was based on market research. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers. This synopsis is for information purposes ONLY. See note 22-Please insert 15 days in lieu of 45 days.
