Project Number- 1NY0475 DUE May 6, 2004 POC Robert Lipman, President, Crown Partnership, Inc., Phone 212-349-9400, Fax 212-843-8224, POP Rosedale, NY E-MAIL: robert.lipman@crownpartnership.com As required by 41 U.S.C. 253(f), expressions of interest are sought regarding the Government?s intentions to lease approximately 29,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet of office space in Rosedale, NY. The current lease for space located at 1 Cross Island Plaza, Rosedale, NY is due to expire August 31, 2004. A new lease contract will be created to reflect a 10-year firm term. As relocating would incur substantial moving costs including, but not limited to, systems furniture expenses, information systems costs for equipment upgrades, wiring, installation and setup, physical moving expenses, tenant improvement expenses and contractor costs, it has been determined that it is economically advantageous to have them remain at the current location. If you feel that your first class office space would provide an economically advantageous alternative to the Government, please indicate so by May 6, 2004.
