- Description
- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the mechanical maintenance services commercial activity function performed at the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Great Lakes Region, located at various field offices located in Minnesota. PBS provides for the Federal Government?s real property needs by leasing, building and maintaining Federal office space. Government personnel consisting of one (1) commercial activity FTE represents the incumbent service provider located in Bemidji, Minnesota. Government personnel consisting of one (1) commercial activity FTE represents the incumbent service provider located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Government personnel consisting of four (4) commercial activity FTE's represent the incumbent service provider located in Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Government personnel consisting of one (1) commercial activity FTE represents the incumbent service provider located in International Falls/Baudette, Minnesota. Government personnel consisting of one (1) commercial activity FTE represents the incumbent service provider located in Noyes, Minnesota. Government personnel consisting of one (1) commercial activity FTE represents the incumbent service provider located in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The estimated work years will consist of a base year and four option years. Prospective offerors are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. THIS IS NOT A SOLICIATION. NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED. The designated Competitive Sourcing Official is, J.
