- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC-PC), 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32407-7001 intends to solicit competitive proposals for the following three lots of items. This work requires the machining and welding of various metals (aluminum, stainless steel) and machining of plastics (Delrin). Lot one consists of ten (10) each part number 7648190-1, Aft Plate, ten (10) each part number 7648192-1, Forward Plate, ten (10) each part number 7648194-1, Intercom Display Mask, ten (10) each part number 7648196-1, Push Button, ten (10) each part number 7648197-1, Push Button Retainer, forty (40) each part number 7648198-1, Support Rod, ten (10) each part number 7648199-1, Switch Knob, ten (10) each part number 7648201-1, Switch Mounting Plate, and ten (10) each part number 7648202-1, Switch Retainer Plate. Lot 2 consists of: forty four (44) each part number 764 8257-1, Air Flask Bracket Assemblies. Lot 3 consists of: one hundred and thirty (130) each part number 7110359-1, Din Valve Adapter and ten (10) each part number 7110355-1, Manifold. The government will furnish all raw material to the contractor. The contractor shall provide and maintain a quality system that, at a minimum, adheres to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000. The finished items will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. Delivery date for each lot is as follows: Lot 1 due 14 June 2004, Lot 2 due 21 June 2004, and Lot 3 due 21 June 2004. NAICS Code 332710 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 2090.
