- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) is intending to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Varian Inc for a Full Service Maintenance Contract on an existing 300 MHz Multinuclear NMR Spectrometer System. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 811310. The FSC code is J099. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.nswcindianhead.com/contracts or www.fedbizops.gov. No paper copies will be issued.
