- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contracts Office intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD), a state government agency in Victorville, CA to maintain ambient air monitoring station (AAMS) by performing calibrations, data management, gravimetric PM2.5 sampler operation, filter processing & reporting, site visits & maintenance on all equipment within AAMS portable office & the Partisol PM 2.5 sampler. The Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District the only source than can provide the same level of service & no other organization is more widely accepted in providing recommended comparable support that is cost effective, timely & acceptable to California Air Resources Board (CARB). This will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See Note 26.
