- This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of Interior (DOI) on behalf of the United States Coast Guard. Govworks intends to issue a Commercial Item Contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. On behalf of the United States Coast Guard who has a requirement for Water Chiller Units***The period of performance will be five years from the date of award. ***This requirement is being procured using full & open competition. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price ID/IQ contract. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), specifications, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number RP-34756 ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. Telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to Mathew.ridolfi@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
