- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to award a firm fixed price, non-personal services to perform ??????Appraisals Services to analyze and value one Enhanced Use Lease property at the Charles Wood Area located at Fort Monmou th, New Jersey.?????? The appraiser must have the following qualifications: The responsible appraiser and any other appraisers employed to assist in the preparation of said report shall be licensed as a New Jersey State Certified General Appraiser. The re sponsible appraiser shall be identified and a copy of the current New Jersey license(s), as appropriate, must be submitted with the Request For Quotes or show the ability to obtain a Temporary License(s) to appraise the property in the State of New Jersey. If not currently a Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey State, as appropriate to the assignment, all appraisers must submit a copy of the General Certification License from the State(s) in which they are practicing. The appraiser who shall contribut e materially to the report shall be in good standing with any /all State Licensing authorities with which a license(s) is held. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the ??????Scope of Work.?????? This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be available under solicitation W912DS-04-T-0045 as a Request For qu otes (RFQ). The entire solicitation will be issued on the U.S. Army Corps Of Engineer Website: http://www.nan.usace.army.mil. This is a competitive acquisition and is restricted to Small Business Set Aside Under NAICS Code 531320 with a small business st andard of $1.5 Million. The applicable Sic Code is 6531. The price range for this project is between $20,000.00 and $40,000.00. Average annual revenue for the past 3 years is required. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 7 May 2004.
