Description

The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for clearing and disposal of debris, excavation, sheet piling, backfill, and disposal of materials, stone protection, pressure grout existing culvert; installing reinforced concrete culvert, providing a sluice gate and gate lift assembly, fertilizing and seeding, and environmental protection. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. There will be seventeen (17) drawings. This will b e an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the f ield of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceding fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured are classified under NAICS 237110 and SIC Code 1623. The issue date for this solicitation will be on or about 28 MAY 2004.
