You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-C, Contracting Officer, Fax 256-955-8601. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. P RON: AX4C0452AX, NSN: 1560-01-116-4207, PN: 145C1409(-1). Quantity: 7 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 7 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 7 each, 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 7 each, 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage C ode 77272, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encou raged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
