- This solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and two option years. This labor intensive silviculture contract will include hand release, thinning, planting, etc. The contract will be on the Sierra Cascade Province on the Lassen, Modoc and Plumas Forests.
