- Description
- Establishment of long-term contracts covering the distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals to Department of Defense and U.S. Coast Guard facilities within the United States and Puerto Rico. The solicitation also covers various other facilities that currently participate in the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia's (DSCP) Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor program. There are a total of 15 regions included in the solicitation. The Government will use a trade-off process to select the eventual awardees. An offeror's technical merit is more important than its price offer. The solicitation is being issued on April 29, 2004, with a closing date of June 25, 2004. The Request For Proposals (RFP) is available on the Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. No requests for hard copies of the solicitation will be honored. A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 18, 2004 at the Hilton Philadelphia Airport.
