Description

The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Incorporate in full text FAR Clauses: 52.203-6 "Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government", 52.225-13 "Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases", 52.216-19 "Order Limitations", and 52.219-25 "Small Disadvantaged Business Participations Program - Disadvantaged Status Reporting"; 2) Delete the statement in Section C, 2.0 Scope of Work "certified on-site/off-site preventive and remedial maintenance, vehicle cleaning; 3) Delete in its entirety, Section C, 3.2 through 3.2.5; 4) Delete Line Item Numbers currently under the Pricing Schedule: 0001AB, 0002AA, 0002AB, 0003AB, 0004AA, 0004AB, 0005AB, 0006AA, and 0006AB; and, 5) Add replace with Line Item Numbers: 0001AB, 0003AB, and 0005AB for two (2) Stand-by vehicles with Automatic Transmission. The response date for this solicitation is extended to 2:00 pm DLT, May 31, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-APR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
