Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: April 13, 2004, Closing Date: May 13, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is Unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Destination, 147 days ARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 12 each.
