- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to provide additional information on the threat cloud as defined in the Testing and Evaluation section on page 3 of the PIP for BAA04-TDT. The cloud size at 1 minute is approximately 1E5m3 and the height is 10m. The biological particle size distribution is 1-10um with the peak at approximately 3um. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-APR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
