- Federal Supply Class (FSC) 4710, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332721. Tube/End Cap (One Piece) IAW drawing number (DWG#) 3682AS156. Quantity: 15,750 with 100% option. Delivery: First Article quantity of 10 units due 4 we eks after contract award. Production quantity due 4 weeks after approval of First Article. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Distribution Statement D applicable. A Military Critical Techni cal Data, DD form 2345 is required to be on file before drawings peculiar to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or e-mail to jcp-admin@dlis.dla.mil to request a DD Form 2345. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at www.ccr2000.com or contact the CCR at 1-888-2227-2423. Approximate issue da te is 27 Apr 2004 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites. It is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
