- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, management & supervision to replace doors and paint at Building 102 at the Naval Support Activity, Crane, IN. Work includes painting interior walls and ceiling, doors and frames, window frames, piping, structural steel, electrical conduit and boxes and all previously painted interior surfaces and other miscellaneous components. Also paint the outside staircase and the escape slide on the east end of the building. Work includes the demo of four doors and replacement with new steel half-glass doors. All work shall be perfomed in accordance with the contract specifications, see contract Statement of Work for a complete description of work requirements, work shall be complete and ready for use. This is a lump sum contract awarded on a firm fixed-prices basis.
