Description

Provide all necessary labor,materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation to provide an Energy Recovery System Condensor Water Turbine Ops., to utilize the flow of condenser water and take advantage of the free energy source by installing a water turbine generator. The services will include provision of an evaluation of a partial design, develope the technical approach necessary to size and install a water turbine generator and provide the life cycle cost analysis to support the energy conservation investment program project. This solicitation is unrestricted and issues in pursuant of the Small Business Competitive Program. This project is subject to availability of funds. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 4/28/2004 @ 10:00 a.m. Closing date will be May 11, 2004 @ 1:00 p.m. All parties interested in attenting must contact Ms. Dorothea Garner by fax on (703) 692-4092 or email dgarner@ref.whs.mil. A fixed price IDIQ contract is anticipated.
