- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to Tread Lightly to support a Tread Trainer Program and Tread Trainer courses. Tread Lightly will allow the FHWA to review and comment on training documents. They will also include a publication disclaimer provided by the FHWA and provide quarterly progress reports of activities, including significant results. Tread Lightly is the only organization that has developed educational materials and training for off highway vehicle (OHV) environmental ethics. Because Tread Lightly will be providing the funds for the conference in conjunction with FHWA as well as being the developers of the training course they are the only source for the services. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about April 26, 1004.
