- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY – amendment to 04-DIHS-BPA-DOB Questions and answers. 1. May we substitute in our product line for these items? We will provide a cross reference. Yes 2. Is this a bid all or nothing requirement? This is an all or nothing requirement 3. Is there an estimated annual quantity for these kits? These are not “kits”. This requirement is to fill orders for any items indicated by the caller. 4. Is there an estimated monthly demand? The orders will be on an as needed basis so a monthly demand would be hard to estimate. 5. Is it acceptable to provide FOB destination CONUS locations only, and the government would forward from that point? No, this is not acceptable. 6. If the answer to question 3 is no, can you provide forecast for shipments overseas (i.e. Puerto Rico) and estimate how many would be shipped to overseas locations? The site in Puerto Rico is very small. Purchases for all medical supplies last year were approximately $3000.00. 6. What does "ICE" in ICE Referral stand for? ICE stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (formerly INS, Immigration and Naturalization Service) 7. What is the total estimated annual purchases for all locations? Last year the total was $73,905.90 8. Would you be inclined to consider awarding this contract as an 8a direct or a SDB set-aside? No not at this time 9. Is the award of this solicitation "All or None" or "multiple award" or "single award"? This is an all or none and could be a multiple award. 10. Can we submit a list of medical products with standing price? Yes NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
