- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. FA8501-04-Q-0028. This acquisition will be solicited as a sole source acquisition due to the proprietary nature of the software. NAICS Code: 541511 Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: 3 weeks after receipt of order. REQUIREMENTS: Procurement of 0001: 20 METCAL Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) programming software disks with a lifetime software license for each disk.
