IF THERE IS NO OFFER RECEIVED FROM A VERY SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN, THIS ACQUISITION IS THEN 100% SET-ASIDE FOR A SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN. Small business size standard is 1000 EMPLOYEES. The solicitation will be posted on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov). Anticipated offer due date is 27 April 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
