- This synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement requests quotations and the solicitation can be obtained through the Government-Wide Point of Entry, www.fedbizopps.gov Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The due date and time for quotations is May 7, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. Offerors must complete the representation and certifications per FAR 52.212-3 as part of the quotation.
