- This is a notice of intent to add NSN 1095-01-493-1802 to contract SP0740-4-D-7885, which was awarded to Camillus Cutlery Co, effective March 25, 2004. See note 26. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources. The part number intended to be added to the subject contract is NSN 1095-01-493-1802, part number BK3SG. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 2100 Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The existing contract is an Indefinite Quantity Contract and contains one more option period after Mar 25,2004. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors as described in the contract. The issue date of this intent is the date of the intent. The closing date of this intent is May 11, 2004, at 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. The total estimated annual value of the item is $154,575.
