- Description
- This is a notice of intent by the Department of State to issue a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to ADT Security Services, Inc., 3601 Eisenhower Avenue, Third Floor, Alexandria, VA 22304. ADT Security Services, Inc. is expected to provide enhanced, customized support for current users of CCure 800 Model 30 software. The Department originally procured the related hardware and software on a sole source basis in June, 2002. All interested and responsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information and other technical information literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. Price data should be included. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. No telephone requests will be honored and messages will not be returned. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding with negotiations. Responses must be received by 12:00 EST, May 3, 2004.
