Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation seeks to award a sole source contract to Frederick Hylla for OIT/Solutions Delivery Project Management Support Services. The purpose of these services is to provide support services as the point of contact for assisting SDM and Program Management Office; coordinate the population of OIT's Portfolio Management System (PMS); review each project's development process ; provide success recommendations based on independent evaluation of business requirement, proposed IT solutions, contractor's work plan and other similar types of services. The intended contractor has served in numerous positions covering the broad spectrum of IT solutions delivery and has extensive knowledge in these areas. The intended contractor is uniquely qualified as a result of years of experience working with PBGC. The PBGC knows of no other Contractor with these unique qualifications and capabilities. The period of performance is one year. The proposed contract is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is NOT a request for proposals.
