Description

Project QJKL 04-0078, Repair HVAC Building 760 consists of repairing/replacing the existing identified mechanical duct work, diffusers, grilles, thermostats as indicated in the specifications and on the drawings, which is also to be tested and balanced. The estimate magnitude of acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is Fifty-Five (55) calendar days (Ten (10) days for submittal approvals and material ordering and Forty-Five (45) days for actual on-site performance). The NAICS code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $12 million/year. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 12 May 2004 with proposals due on or about 12 Jun 2004. Dates are for estimating purposes only and may be revised in the RFQ. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Competitive Demonstration Program and is therefore unrestricted. It is our intent to upload the entire solicitation package to include specifications and drawings to this web site; no paper copies will be issued.
