- The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to issue solicitation TIRNO-04-R-00010 the week of May 3, 2004 for the conversion of motor vehicles for covert surveillance use. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 334220, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity. The resultant contract will have a performance period that includes a twelve-month base period with four (4) twelve-month option periods. The solicitation and any amendments will be issued on the world wide web at www.procurement.irs.treas.gov. Vendors are advised to periodically check the web for amendments or other updates. No paper copies of the solicitation or any amendments will be mailed, nor will a solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment.
