- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure prefabricated membrane, vehicle doors with electrical motors, personnel doors and all associated hardware for a steel 80'X 320' portomod building. Brand name or equal to Seamans 8028 BW Tedlar finish on top and TS-117 Acrylic finish on the back. This is procurement is a small business set-aside. A firm fixed priced supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with Far parts 12 and 13 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The desired delivery is 16 weeks after date of contract. FOB Origin, DCMC to inspect and accept shipment via Government Bill of Lading. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by FISC Puget Sound. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on or about April 30, 2004 with a 10 day closing. All firms wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from the NECO website (WinZip is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone requests will be accepted. Written requests may be faxed to (360) 476-5083 or e-mailed to Susanne.broadus@navy.mil. No paper copies of the RFQ will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection.
