- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to clarify the difference between two solicitation numbers F11626-03-R0017 and F11626-03-R-0017. Both of these solicitations pertain to the same Worldwide Express Small Package Service opportunity and the only difference between the two numbers is a missing dash (-) after the R in the solicitation number. The correct solicitation number should read: F11626-03-R-0017. Because of the missing dash (-), the Federal Business Opportunity website treats them as two separate solicitations, when in fact, they are the same solicitation. Therefore, the three postings listed under F11626-03-R0017 (solicitation number without dash): Synopsis posted 26 Feb 04, Vendor Questions posted 17 Mar 04, and Amendment 01 posted 22 Apr 04 are applicable to F11626-03-R-0017 (solicitation number with dash). Based on the above situation, Amendment 01 posted on 26 Apr 04 to F11626-03-R-0017 (solicitation number with dash) is incorrectly labeled Amendment 01 and should read Amendment 02. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
