- PR No: LTC04112020454; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bolt Assembly Carriage for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are seven approved sources of supply, GSE Dynamics Inc (Cage 29183), A & E Aerospace Inc (Cage 6Z800), Aero Components (Cage 59213), Precision Manufacturing Co (Cage 92307), SPS Technologies Inc (Cage 56878), Air Industries Crop (06725) and CPI Aerostructures (Cage 9U679). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-437-9364; P/N 4J31234-105A Rev “B” Basic; AEQ = 300 Base Year, 300 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 540 Base Year and 600 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Dest, 75 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 14 May 04. The anticipated award date is 31 July 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
