- 19--The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District will replace their steel flat deck barge which is used as a debris barge for floating drift and debris which is removed from the Baltimore Harbor. They have a requirement for a contractor who is responsible for supplying all necessary services, equipment, labor and materials to construct a welded steel flat deck type barge, 40 feet in length, 18 foot beam and 3 foot-8 inch draft with rake bow and stern.
