- Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the purchase of one (1) each Prosthetic Design Inc (PDI) Computer-Aided Manufacturing System. Includes the following components: Nexform (Large Servo Carver), Nexform On-Board PC (optional), Nexcollex (Dust Collector), Nexvac (Automated Thermoformer), Nexbox (Complete Tool Cabinet), Plastic Holding Device, and Prosthetic Vice, Shipping, Installation, and Training. PDI Brand Name or Equal. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation Number W81K00-04-T-0311 will be issued on or about 3 Mar 04 and will be available on FEDBIZOPPS.
