PRON: AX4Q0265AX, NSN: 1560-01-436-1521, PN: 406-052-120-105, QUANTITY: minimum 31 each and maximum of 300, 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) Contract, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumbe rland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, L-3 Communication Integrated Systems L.P, Cage Code 7S976 and Skyline Industries Inc., Cage Code 24434, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time is 31 each 280 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the re quired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
