- Description: See numbered notes 9 and 26. NSN 2520-01-413-2595 – Control Assembly, Gate, Lever Shift (Shift Control, Dual). Used on HMMWV, M1025A2, M1043A2, M1045A2, M1097A2. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) source controlled drawing 12460111 with the only approved sources being AM General (34623) P/N 12460111 and Furon Company (60602) P/N 055742-000004. Total quantity required is 337 each with 237 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001and 100 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination. There is an option for 337 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 03/04/04. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 120 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified.
